We offer two options for those who are Independent.  A studio apartment that is spacious at just over 270 sq ft featuring two closets with built-ins and a pantry.  This unit is $2400/month with no contracts and all-inclusive pricing.  

Another option is a one-bedroom apartment that boasts tons of counter and closet space with separate living and bedroom areas.  At just under 350 sq ft, it is the perfect size for a single or couples!  No contracts and no surprise invoicing.  This unit's rate is $3000/mo.
